Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
6 large peaches

Preparation

Put fresh peaches in boiling water for a few minutes.
Remove peel and cut into slices.
Put peach slices in a 2-quart baking dish.
Peaches should reach only halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
