Chilie Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (7 oz.) whole chilies or 1 large can
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. Mexica blend
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose blend
    4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spray pan.
    Lay whole chilies in pan.
    Stuff each chilie with chunk of Jack cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, flour and seasonings.
    Pour over chilies and put cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
