Cheese Souffle For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

In a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Blend in flour and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Stir in milk, all at once.
Cook and stir until mixture boils and is smooth and thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Set aside.
