Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 egg
    1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 small box Minute rice, cooked
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt 3/4 stick of margarine.
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Add beaten egg and sliced mushrooms.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
    Add cooked rice and mix well.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and more soy sauce if needed.
    If rice seems dry, add remaining margarine.
