Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas, then combine dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Bake in two small or 1 large loaf pan.
    The pans should be half full.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
