Marinade For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients in a very large bowl.
    Gently stir in celery sticks, carrot sticks, bell pepper rings, onion rings, 1 pound of mushrooms, green and black olives, a small jar of pimentos, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes (halved) and broccoli. Refrigerate 6 to 12 hours, re-mixing occasionally.
