6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. shortening, melted
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
    Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well and put in covered container.
    When ready to use, fill cupcake tin 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Will keep 6 weeks and gets tastier at end.
