Saffron Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. converted rice
1 c. water
1 can beef bouillon soup
1/4 onion, sauteed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. saffron
1 small can mushroom bits and pieces
Preparation

Butter inside of 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Place ingredients inside. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Leave lid off the last 10 minutes.
