French Onion Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta)
    1 (8 oz.) container French onion dip
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Cook in microwave on High for about 8 minutes in 2 tablespoons water.
    Meanwhile, make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add cheese and onion dip.
    Let cheese melt and stir until smooth.
    Drain potatoes and place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour sauce over potatoes.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
