Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 green pepper
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Cook and stir until it starts to thicken, then add zucchini, peppers and onions.
    Mix well.
    Cook and stir slowly for 30 minutes.
    Put in hot jars at once.
    If zucchini are small, do not remove the seeds.
    Do not peel, big or little.
