Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cook butter and sugar over low heat until bubbly and cool. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
