Wing Dings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Singe wings if needed.
Cut off tips and discard.
Divide each wing in half.
Place in single layer or rack in broiler.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, pepper, water, lemon juice and soy sauce in small saucepan.
Stir constantly until mixture boils; boil 3 minutes.
Brush over chicken.
Cook chicken 40 minutes more and continue turning and basting with remaining mixture.
