Quick And Easy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail.
    Save syrup and add enough water to the syrup to make 1 cup liquid.
    Bring liquid to boil.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid; stir until dissolved.
    Add ginger ale. Refrigerate until slightly thick; fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm.
