Aunt Shelli'S Cranberry-Pear Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm ripe pears
    12 oz. cranberries
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel, core and thinly slice the pears.
    Wash and pick over the cranberries.
    Toss the pears and berries in a bowl with sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread across the bottom of a 10-inch pie dish. Combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and salt in a bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Spread evenly over cranberry mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cool 1 hour.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
