Chicken Basting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    pinch of sage
    pinch of thyme
Preparation
    Mix 1 week ahead and store in refrigerator.
    Place chicken, skin side up, on medium hot fire (10-inches above charcoal) and baste.
    Turn every 15 minutes and baste.
    Cook for 1 hour.
