Zucchini Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. unpeeled raw zucchini
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar and mix well with oil and vanilla. Combine separately, then add rest of dry ingredients.
Then mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
