Tuna-Swiss Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked regular rice (2/3 c. uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 eggs
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee onions
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    To hot rice in saucepan add butter, garlic and 1 slightly beaten egg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spoon rice mixture into ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    Press rice mixture firmly across bottom and up sides to form a crust.
    Layer 1/2 cup of onions, 1/2 cup cheese and the tuna evenly over rice crust.
