Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cream

Preparation

Cook sugar and cream until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
Beat until creamy.
If the frosting gets too hard before you get it all on, beat in a little cream.
