Cheese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Bring water to boiling point.
    Add butter, salt and rice. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
    Stir cheese, onion and mustard into hot rice.
