Cookie Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 small pkg. chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Cream
    butter,
    salt
    and vanilla; add sugar gradually. Add flour and chocolate chips.
    Press in pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Break into pieces.
