Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots (2 lb.)
    1/2 onion, finely cut up
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. wet mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots, just until tender, then cool.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over carrots.
    Marinate 12 hours and drain.
