Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. original spaghetti sauce
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil until limp.
    Add chicken, rice, spaghetti sauce and nutmeg.
    Simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
