Golden Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix and blend.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Lift with 2 forks until blended.
    Pat into ball and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 one crust pies or 2 doubles.
    Can be frozen and rolled later. Brush top crust with canned cream.
