Betty'S Zuke Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zuke, peeled and grated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in greased bread tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
