Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together; bake in a loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
