Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. butter, softened (not oleo)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar.
    Blend in butter to form a soft dough.
    Cover and chill until dough is firm.
    Shape into small balls or teaspoonfuls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
    (For Christmas, sprinkle with colored sugar.)
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
