Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, thaw strawberries and add eggs and oil.
    Mix well.
    In another bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together.
    Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture.
    Add pecans, if desired, and mix well.
    Pour into two buttered and floured loaf pans; bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
