Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    8 oz. elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups), cooked, rinsed and drained
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Add elbow macaroni, celery, green peppers and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
