Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
chopped onion
1 can La Palma enchilada sauce
1 large can ripe olives
1 pkg. tortillas
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can Ortega peppers, seeds removed
1 c. milk
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown the hamburger and chopped onion.
Add the enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ortega peppers, ripe olives and milk.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the corn tortillas, cubed.
Mix and top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 3 quarts.
