Fresh Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    4 medium tomatoes, cut in 8 wedges each
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Add seasonings.
    Saute celery, pepper and onion until crispy tender.
    (This may be done ahead of time.)
    Add stuffing and toss.
    Add tomatoes and sugar; toss gently.
    Cover and cook until tomatoes are hot yet firm, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serves 5.
