Eggless Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients together with a fork.
Add oil, vinegar and water.
Stir quickly, batter will be thin.
Add raisins if desired. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
