Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. green peppers
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soak cucumbers in 1 tablespoon salt and water for 2 hours. Bring to a boil the vinegar, sugar and celery seed; pour over cucumbers.
    Will keep in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
