Mary Talley'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 pkg. quick rise yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. melted shortening
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 room temperature eggs, beaten
    7 c. shifted all purpose or plain flour
Preparation
    Add eggs and 4 cups of flour to mixture.
    Then add the rest of the flour 1 cup at a time mixing well.
    Do not knead.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate or can use immediately.
