Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. grated carrots
1 large can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Mix dry ingredients, then add to sugar and oil.
Add carrots and blend well.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each.
Add nuts and pineapple.
Blend well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch (lightly greased) pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
