Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw long cooking rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; put into a Pyrex baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
