Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter/margarine (butter tastes better)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter to soften.
Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Add syrup and salt; beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
Hand stir in peanuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
