Holden Village Eggs Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 lb. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. Mornay Sauce
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion.
    Stir in spinach and season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture in pie pan.
    Make 8 indentations for eggs.
    Break raw eggs into indentations.
    Cover with Mornay Sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
