Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter.
    Press on bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Beat together cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Pour over shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Mix the last 3 ingredients well.
    Pour over cake. Refrigerate when cool.
