Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Combine eggs and liquids in a bowl. Beat into dry ingredients.
Cook on hot griddle using 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
