Hot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pork chops, cut into chunks (remove fat and bone)
    5 tomatoes
    2 peppers
Preparation
    Dip tomatoes and peppers into a pan of very hot grease until the skins burn loose; then remove peels and mash tomatoes and peppers.
    Brown the pork chops in about 2 tablespoons grease.
    Add tomatoes and mix when pork chops are thoroughly browned.
    Let simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chili powder).
