Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl combine 2 cups flour and yeast.
Heat milk, shortening and salt until warm.
Add eggs.
Beat at low speed with mixer about 1/2 minute, then continue beating at high speed for 3 minutes.
By hand, stir in 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Knead on floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes.
Shape into ball.
Cover.
Let raise until double.
Punch down and divide in half.
Cover and let raise about 10 minutes. Roll out and spread with preferred filling.
Place into prepared pans and let raise until double in bulk.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Yield:
24 rolls.
