Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or Italian sausage
    onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. 12 oz. can whole tomatoes, crushed
    2 envelopes spaghetti mix
    2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
    1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil. Add meat.
    Cook. Stir in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
