Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Cream together. Sift and measure out 3 cups flour, then sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix until thoroughly blended.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
