Oven Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 small carrots, quartered
celery, cut in sticks
3 to 4 medium potatoes, halved
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 Tbsp. oleo or butter

Preparation

Place meat in center of aluminum foil that is large enough to make a good wrap over all the ingredients.
Sprinkle meat with soup mix and cover with vegetables.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt.
Fold foil and seal to hold juices.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
