Baptist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 stick oleo
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Cream Crisco and oleo, adding sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add baking powder to flour, and then add this alternately with milk while mixing. Add flavorings; mix well. Grease and flour a large tube pan. Bake, starting in a cold oven at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open oven door first 30 minutes.
