Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    shortening
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in shortening.
    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours, or until tender.
    Remove meat from pan and, using two forks, shred meat.
    Return to sauce and serve on buns.
    This can also be made in a slow cooker.
