Batter Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
Preparation

Put water and yeast in mixing bowl, stirring to dissolve.
Add sugar, salt, shortening and egg along with 1 cup flour.
Mix at low speed until blended.
Add remaining flour.
Beat until smooth.
