Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk or sour milk
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter. Blend in flour; add milk. Cook over low heat until thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper and onion. Stir with potatoes in a casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; then uncover for 30 minutes more.
