Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    4 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Break sausage in pieces and brown with celery and onion.
    In bottom of casserole, place uncooked rice and chicken noodle soup mix.
    Add sausage mixture and hot water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
