Chicken Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (bone in)
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 c. red or Rose wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. water plus 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place sliced mushrooms in bottom of a casserole. Top with chicken pieces.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with wild rice, French-style green beans with almonds and tossed green salad. Serves 4.
